Not afraid of the power of ‘the hustle’, Sarah joined The Style Co. as an intern in 2011, quickly proving herself as an integral member of the team, before coming on board as a business partner in 2013, taking over the reins solely in 2019.
A firm believer in being kinder than seems necessary, Sarah is renowned for her ability to turn clients into friends and build strong collaborative industry relationships.

Bec
Creative Director
Perched in the design room surrounded by moodboards, scribbles and sketches is our Creative Director Bec.
With over 10 years experience in the world of visual merchandising, graphic design and styling Bec leads the design team into a world of story telling and purpose lead design.
Bec is known for her unique ability to distil elements from a clients brief and turn them into a vision and emotional experience that encapsulates their unique story - a knack that leaves people feeling like they've known Bec forever.
Happiest when served tequila, Bec's captivating story telling and passionate, expressive hands are truly an experience you don't want to miss.
Tash
Head of Marketing & Corporate Events
With a marketing background in luxury goods including global wine and champagne brands, Tash loves nothing more than bringing a brand experience to life in a truly spectacular way.
Known for her signature hand gestures and love of a lychee martini, Tash loves making magic happen with clients who have a clear brief matched with a willingness to let us design with creative curiosity.
At the studio you'll find Tash working on the next masterclass or brand opportunity inspired by the global leaders of the architecture and interior design worlds.
Cardi
Senior Designer
Cardi joined The Style Co. family as a graphic designer after spending years as a freelance creative.
Throughout her career she has worked on a broad range of projects from branding to custom illustration.
Her extensive knowledge and experience in a vast range of creative fields allows her to bring a diverse approach to the design process.
Cardi loves experimental typography and pushing the boundaries of event design.
When she's not putting her crystals under the moon to recharge she's taking photos of her dog da Vinci, whilst being engrossed in her slight obsession with ASMR.
Celina
Project Manager
With a diverse events background in designing exhibitions and account managing event hire and production, Celina joined The Style Co. in 2019 curious to explore the client side of the event industry.
She has a knack for understanding the complex custom build process, ensuring our events are delivered flawlessly from concept to completion.
Celina's ability to build strong relationships with suppliers is matched by her ability to attract and retain great talent amongst our extended crew ensuring set up and pack downs flow seamlessly.
Off site, Celina keeps busy managing her two GSP pups social media presence and social life at the park with friends.
Elisa
Head Planner
Elisa (aka LeeLee in the studio) joined The Style Co. as Senior Planner in 2019 with more than 6 years of event planning under her Gucci belt.
The queen of the run sheet and master of all things organisational, she has an incredible eye for detail, ensuring her couples can truly enjoy the planning process.
Beloved by our incredible team of suppliers, Elisa always goes over and above for our couples, with the aim of them arriving stress free and ready to cherish the most memorable moments of their big day.
First on the dance floor and the last to leave, Elisa's infectious energy and outlandish stories will leave you captivated and wanting more, long after the party is over.
Bridget
Head Florist
Bridget, a life long lover of flowers, joined The Style Co. as Head Florist in 2021 after freelancing on many an event for The Style Co. for the better part of 7 years.
With 20 years of industry experience, Bridget loves nothing more than curating a vision and turning floral dreams into reality.
When she's not pushing petals, you'll find Bridget tinkering with gin distillation or buried in one of her beloved cookbooks perfecting her next creative masterpiece.
