When Bec approached us to plan and style their wedding, we knew it was going to be a New Years Eve party their guests were never going to forget!

Bec has a style about her.. effortless chic is what we call it. We knew exactly what she wanted and she trusted us completely with their wedding day.

To make things interesting, we created a few extra surprises through the night including, 3 deck changes, the final one being an elegant outdoor lounge with lush white flowers and lit with over 100 candles… their guests were spoilt with best seats in the house to view Melbourne’s NYE fireworks.

After dinner, the foyer opened up to reveal a 360 mirrored bar which really got the party started!

A 5 tier floral chandelier made from fluffy white hydrangra, peonies, and flickering candles. It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! (Katie, you are a superstar!)

We’re big on details so there were a lot them! From the custom invitation delivered in a box decorated with 2 gardenia flowers and scented in passionfruit (yes… scented) to custom signature cocktails and the little surprises through the night for their guests…

What a blast we had working on this. Thanks Bec and Chris for being so amazing and easy going!

xx

Rebecca Twigley Wedding Stylist

Rebecca Twigley is ready for her New Year’s eve wedding to Carlton footballer Chris Judd, with all the plans in place with the help of an up-and-coming stylist.

Twigley enlisted the help of Brunswick-based Marie Cruz from The Style Co to help her with the wedding which will be at the Carousel in Albert Park on New Year’s Eve.

“Everything is in place and I’ve had some great help with Marie, she has been amazing,” Twigley said at the Myer spring fashion launce this week.

“She was a real find, her styling is the best I’ve seen, phenomenal.”

Before the big day Twigley has another racing carnival with Myer ahead of her, this time made much more significant because it is the VRC’s 150th birthday.

“I’m pretty pumped for it actually,” she said.

“In years gone by it comes up and it’s always very stressful.

“But this year I’ve kind of got a fresh take on it.”
